Are you insured?

Yes. For liability reasons we are a fully licensed and insured pressure washing company.

Will power washing damage the surface that’s being cleaned?

Most of our services incorporate a "soft wash" technique that uses low pressure to apply our cleaning solution ensuring the surface does not get damaged.

Do you use my water supply?

Yes. Due to several practical and logistical reasons we use the customer's water supply. These reasons include convenience, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We will always inform the customer beforehand and ensure the process is done responsibly.

Do you use chemicals and are they safe?

The most common chemical in the industry is Sodium Hypochlorite, a common household disinfectant. When diluted at the proper percentages it is safe to use on surfaces and around vegetation.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high pressure (1,300-5,000 psi) water streams to blast away dirt, grime and other contaminants. Soft washing (>500 psi) relies more on cleaning solutions than water force.
